Temperature

Temperature  could be toxic to your body, so make sure that you have cooked your food to the right temperture. Also make sure you freeze all your meat if you don't use it right away.

Freezer storage: keep your freezer at zero degrees or below to maintain the quality of frozen foods. Most food will maintain good quality longer if the freezer temperature is 10F to 20F. At temperatures between 0 and 32F food deteriorates.

This is what temperature you should freeze your meat

Cooking temperatures:

Cook pork, roast, and chops to 145ºF. Then rest for three minutes

Cook beef, veal, and lamb cuts to 145ºF. Then rest for three minutes.

Poultry to 165ºF.

Ground beef to 160ºF
